Rules governing your use of PlotTwist Party Games.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlotTwist Party Games mobile application (the "App") operated by Motologic Systems ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
PlotTwist is a party game application intended for entertainment purposes. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
You must be at least 9 years old to use the App (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Users under 13 must have parental consent.
The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Pro") that unlocks additional features including unlimited hearts, ad removal, and full game history access.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until their next renewal date.
The free version of the App uses a hearts system that limits the number of Trust No One games played per time period. Hearts recharge over time. Pro subscribers receive unlimited hearts. Watching an optional rewarded ad grants one additional heart.
All content in the App — including but not limited to game logic, artwork, audio, text, and the PlotTwist name and logo — is owned by Motologic Systems or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Game outcomes are determined by random role assignment; we make no representations about game fairness beyond the described mechanics.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motologic Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob (advertising), Firebase (analytics and crash reporting), and the Apple App Store and Google Play (payments). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable rules, or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
