By using Tamaraw POS (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Motologic Systems.
Tamaraw POS is a free point-of-sale tool. You may use it for any lawful business purpose. You are responsible for all data you enter into the application and for maintaining appropriate records for tax and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
All business data you enter into Tamaraw POS is yours. We do not access, own, or claim rights over your business data. Data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable it, in your own Google Drive account.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.
Motologic Systems shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from your use of the Service, including any business decisions made based on reports or data from the application.
You are responsible for backing up your data. We strongly recommend using the Google Drive backup feature regularly. Motologic Systems is not responsible for data loss due to browser data clearing, device failure, or any other cause.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
